Responsibilities:
- Internship Opportunity: Accounting Intern
- We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This is a hands-on role ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate should be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn. You will also have the opportunity to interact with customers regarding basic accounting matters under supervision.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports, credit notes, and debit notes
- Support the team in responding to bank-related inquiries
- Help issue accurate invoices to customers upon request
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Ensure records and documentation are organized and error-free
- Support customer service related to basic accounting questions
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the Head of Accountants or Director
Requirements:
- Requirements:
- #8226; Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related field
- #8226; Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- #8226; Familiarity with accounting software (SQL, Green Plus) is a plus
- #8226; Interest or basic understanding of e-invoicing is an advantage
- #8226; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- #8226; Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team
- #8226; Onsite work required — must possess a valid driving license and own transportation
- #8226; Available to start immediately or within short notice
